Landlords Wanted at In Leeds Lettings as Tenant demand soars to yet another peak

Tenant demand reached new heights in the third quarter of this year.

This was a 19% rise on the previous quarter, and a 44% jump since the start of the year.

Properties are being rented out on average within 13 days - seven days quicker than the start of the year.

The trend is further fuelled by tenants who are unwilling to move because they know they stand little chance of finding anything else. A record 64% renewed their tenancies in the last quarter, one-third higher than in the same period of 2009.
